30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your BTO hosting plan, cancel within 30 days of your order and we will refund the hosting fee in full. Email billing@btotechnologysolutions.com with your order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Not refundable: domain registrations and transfers, paid SSL certificates once issued, and professional services already delivered (design, development, setup, or security work).

After 30 Days

Hosting cancelled after 30 days runs to the end of the paid term and is not renewed. Monthly Care Plans and security plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the current month.

99.9% Uptime Commitment

We commit to 99.9% network uptime each month for hosting services. If uptime in a month falls below 99.9% for reasons within our control, you may request a credit of one month of that service's hosting fee (pro-rated for yearly plans) by emailing support@btotechnologysolutions.com within 30 days. Scheduled maintenance announced in advance, problems caused by your own code or content, attacks on your site, and events outside our reasonable control are not counted.

Hosting support is available around the clock. Response times are as stated in your plan or Care Plan.

Free Migration

When you move an existing website to BTO hosting, we will migrate it for you at no charge.
