2. What you need

Don't have a website, or don't want to manage one? FaithStream Complete includes hosting and setup.

3. Installing the plugin

  1. Download the plugin file (a .zip) from the link in our email. Don't unzip it.
  2. Sign in to your WordPress dashboard as an administrator.
  3. Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
  4. Choose the .zip file, click Install Now, then Activate.
  5. FaithStream PRO now appears in your dashboard menu. Reply to our welcome email if you'd like a guided first setup; it's included with every license.
Before installing any plugin on a live site, make a backup. Most hosts offer one-click backups; BTO Care Plan customers are backed up automatically.

Importing a large existing library? Tell us where your sermons live now and roughly how many there are. Bulk imports of hundreds of sermons are something we've done before, and we'll help you do it cleanly.

4. FaithStream Complete onboarding

To set everything up, we'll ask for:

  1. Your domain (for example yourchurch.org), or the name you'd like if you don't have one yet. A domain is included with your hosting.
  2. Where your sermons are now: a podcast service, YouTube, another website, or files on a computer or drive.
  3. Your logo and colors, plus any photos you'd like used.
  4. Church details: service times, address, contact email and a short welcome message.
  5. Who should have access: names and emails of the people who will add new sermons.

Typical timeline: a first version within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your materials, depending on library size. Then a walkthrough call so your team can add new sermons on their own.

Ownership: your sermons, recordings, manuscripts, photos and your domain belong to your church. If you ever leave, we'll provide your content export.

5. License terms

The full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply.

8. Frequently asked questions

Will it work with my theme?

FaithStream PRO is built for standard WordPress sites. If something looks off with your theme, send us a link and we'll help.

Can we move our sermons from another service?

Yes. Bulk import is one of FaithStream PRO's core strengths. Tell us where they are now and we'll guide the move.

What is Sermon Composer?

It turns a pastor's manuscript (Word or PDF) into a finished sermon page, which goes through a review step before it's published.

Can volunteers add sermons without breaking anything?

Yes. The review-before-publish workflow lets someone check each sermon before it goes live.

Do we keep our content if we leave?

Always. Your sermons and files belong to your church.

Can we switch from a license to FaithStream Complete later?

Yes. Email us and we'll credit the unused part of your license toward your first months.
